2025 Audi Q9: Introducing the new model in Audi lineup

Audi is gearing up to introduce an exciting addition to its vehicle portfolio with the upcoming release of the 2025 Audi Q9, set to redefine the full-size SUV category. This new model promises to encapsulate the pinnacle of Audi’s engineering prowess. It boasts cutting-edge technology, advanced safety features, and state-of-the-art interior and exterior design. The Q9 will be equipped with a range of potent and dependable engine options, encompassing both a hybrid powertrain and a standard gasoline variant.

What truly sets the 2025 Audi Q9 apart is the level of comfort and luxury it aims to provide, setting a new standard for full-size SUVs. 2025 Audi Q9 Specifications

The new Audi flagship SUV will come with multiple engine options. In base trim, it will come with a V6 engine with a displacement of 3.0 liters. This turbo gasoline engine will be able to produce up to 350 horsepower with 300 pound-feet of torque. The second option will be a 4.0-liter twin-turbo powertrain. This mill will be able to produce 550 horsepower with 440 pounds of torque.
The top-of-the-line engine that will be available for a 2025 Audi Q9 will be a 4.0-liter gasoline engine that will be paired with an electric motor. Combined, they will produce up to 620 horsepower with an impressive 700-pound-foot of torque. All engine options will be paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, and hybrid variations will be specially adapted.
Some of the standard technology that this SUV will come with will include air suspension, 21-inch rims in standard trims, and 22 inches on luxurious trims.
The maximum towing rate will be around 8000 pounds.

2025 Audi Q9 Interior and Exterior

As we already mentioned, the upcoming 2025 Audi Q9 promises us a state-of-the-art interior and exterior.
Starting from the exterior, we expect it to feature a modern, futuristic line with a dominant Audi grille design.

From the unofficial renders, we found online. We can see that the Q9 will feature unique futuristic headlights that will give this SUV an aggressive note. This design principle will also continue on the rear light group.

The interior of this full-size SUV will offer plenty of space with a lot of advanced tech features. It will not lack comfort, either. And we expect to see the latest safety system that Audi has to offer.
Even in base trims, we expect to see premium leather seats with options for heating and venting.

Some of the interesting technology features will include a wireless charging pad on the center console. Also on the center console, we will find a 14-inch touchscreen for the info-intertainment system.
The driver will enjoy high-resolution, a 9-inch digital cluster that can be configured to show navigation or anything the driver chooses.

Furthermore, in the higher-tier configurations, expect to find ambient lighting, a top-tier sound system boasting 14 speakers, and a selection of premium color choices to elevate your driving experience.

2025 Audi Q9 Hybrid

The hybrid variant will showcase several distinct modifications beneath the surface. Moreover, it will incorporate specific exterior and interior enhancements exclusive to this particular model.

Starting with the alterations in the powertrain, it will feature an adapted 10-speed automatic transmission. offering the flexibility to switch between various driving modes. These modes include an ECO mode, an electric mode, and a power mode. In ECO mode, the Q9 is poised to deliver exceptional fuel efficiency, particularly in urban settings. In its all-electric mode, this SUV can cover a distance of up to 35 miles solely on electric power. Meanwhile, in power mode, it unleashes the full 620 horsepower for an exhilarating driving experience. The towing capacity for a more potent engine variation will be 5,500 pounds.

The design changes will include a special hybrid badge on the front and rear sides of the SUV. The especially revised front fascia of the vehicle reduces drag resistance. And we will see a change in the software inside the Q9 Hybrid.

Price and Release Date

The official release date of the 2025 Audi Q9 is not yet announced, but we expect it to hit the market in Q3 of 2024.
The starting price for base-level trim should be around $80.000 and go up to $110.000 for top models with maxed-out additional equipment.
