2025 Honda Ridgeline: What is new generation bringing

Honda is gearing up for the arrival of the next iteration of the Ridgeline. Scheduled for release in 2025. The 2025 Honda Ridgeline will have a revamped exterior and interior design, as well as potential modifications beneath the hood. What distinguishes the Ridgeline from its mid-size pickup counterparts is its foundation on a unibody platform, which promises exceptional driving performance.

Foresee improved work capabilities, along with elevated towing and payload maximums.
Furthermore, Honda is set to introduce a fresh offroad variant named Trailsport. This trim is poised to deliver remarkable off-road capabilities, catering to enthusiasts seeking an adventurous driving experience. But Ridgeline will remain a midsize truck that offers a balance between working and driving capabilities, and it will be offered with a reliable and powerful engine.

2025 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid

The upcoming 2025 Honda Ridgeline will be offered with a hybrid powertrain. This new engine will come with a new hybrid engine that Honda will develop. We guess it will be an engine that will produce around 350 horsepower with 400 pound-feet of torque. It will be paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox and come just as an all-wheel drive. This model will also come with an intelligent four-wheel drive system that will sense terrain and adapt to it. The maximum towing capacity for this model will be 4200 pounds.
Also, this model will feature some interesting visual changes. It will come with a more aerodynamic bumper. The front fascia of the truck will be different than on a standard model, and it will feature a more aerodynamic look.
The interior of the hybrid model will be luxurious because this powertrain will be available in top-tier trims.
It will come with a starting price of around $50.000 and go up to $57.000 for the max-spec model.

2025 Honda Ridgeline Redisign

As we already mentioned, the 2025 Honda will receive a redesign. It will be a full overhaul of the interior and exterior of the truck. Starting with the exterior, the front fascia will get a new, more futuristic grille. We expect to see new headlights and new LED daylights.
The interesting changes will happen on top-tier trims, and there will be a new rim design, new premium color options, and a new front and rear bumper redesign.
The interior will also receive a huge overhaul. Rumors from Honda suggest that the new Ridgeline will come with a better-designed interior. That will bring more space to it and more technology and safety features. Also, we expect to see more quality materials inside.
Changes in the interior will be many, but the most noticeable one will be the new entertainment screen. This new 12-inch digital display will come with a huge resolution and a new interface design. Also, other drivers’ gauges will get an upgrade to 9 inches and will also get new graphics. On the center console, we will find plenty of physical buttons and a new wireless charging pad.

2025 Honda Ridgeline TrailSport

The Trailsport trim will offer impressive offroad performance. It will come with plenty of upgrades that will help him conquer any terrain with ease. Under the hood, we will find a powerful 3.5-liter V6 that will produce up to 280 horsepower. It will come with an intelligent all-wheel-drive system from Honda.
One of the interesting upgrades will be the lifted suspension, which will lift this truck an additional 2 inches. We expect to see freshly redesigned rims for this model that will be wrapped in all-terrain tires. Because this model will come at a premium price, it will offer top-tier interior and exterior features. We expect to see premium leather seats, a heated sterling wheel, and a 10-speaker system.
And some standard features like second-row type C charging, navigation systems, and parking sensors. Also, this model will not lack safety features, and we expect to see up-to-standard safety in this truck.

Price and Release Date

The starting price of a new generation of Ridgeline will start at $43.000 and go up to $57.000 for top-tier trims. It will be available in multiple trim configurations, and it will be hugely customizable depending on customers’ needs.
The most interesting trim for us will be the RTL trim, which will come at a starting price of $45,000 and will offer a hybrid powertrain and a well-equipped cabin.

The release date of this new Ridgeline has not yet been officially announced, but our rumors suggest we will see it globally available in the second quarter of 2024.

The competition for this model will include all mid-size trucks, and that will be. Chevrolet Colorado, Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, Nissan Frontier, and Jeep Gladiator.
Some of these models will offer better towing capabilities, and some of them will offer better offroad models, but Ridgeline will offer the best driving capabilities and a reliable and powerful hybrid powertrain.
