2025 Honda Element: The new generation rumors and expectations

The Honda Element was originally produced from 2003 to 2011. And then it disappeared until 2021 when a lot of rumors spread around about the new generation of Element. Sadly, Honda didn’t announce a new generation. Back in time, the Honda Element gained a lot of popularity because of its spacious interior and the option to adapt it according to driver needs.  The 2025 Honda Element will feature a new interior, a new exterior, and new engine options.  Also, there is a chance that Honda can introduce the Element with an electric powertrain.

Now let’s focus on the expectations of the future generation of the Honda Element. We expect it to have a futuristic design. With plenty of LED lighting and modern details. We expect it to keep the practicality and comfort that the first generation had. We don’t doubt that we will see plenty of modern technology and safety features that Honda has to offer.

2025 Honda Element Specifications

The forthcoming 2025 Honda Element is set to revolutionize the compact SUV market by sharing a platform with the popular Honda CR-V. This innovative unibody chassis promises exceptional driving capabilities and a comfortable, smooth ride. Under the hood, customers will have a choice of two impressive engines. The 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine packs a punch with 185 horsepower and 160 pound-feet of torque, offering a balanced blend of power and efficiency. Alternatively, there’s the 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, delivering a robust 210 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque for those seeking extra performance.

Notably, both engines offer commendable fuel efficiency, yet the prospect of a hybrid powertrain could potentially steal the spotlight in the fuel economy department. Although there’s no official confirmation of a hybrid option at present, it’s an exciting possibility to watch for. For transmission choices, the 2025 Honda Element will come standard with front-wheel drive and offer flexibility with a 7-speed automatic or 6-speed manual, giving drivers a personalized driving experience.

2025 Honda Element EV

The electric variation of Element is based just on rumors. But at this moment, there is no official information from Honda, so we can just guess. For the powertrain, Honda will probably use a small electric engine that will be paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. We guess that the motor will produce more than 300 horsepower and be able to travel up to 400 miles with the maximum battery pack. Also, there is an option that Honda will share a powertrain between the Element and CR-V.
The interior and exterior of the electric variant will be different from a regular model.
The exterior design will be focused on better air resistance, and it will be more aerodynamic and less boxy with plenty of futuristic details. Some of those futuristic details include unique headlights with C-shaped LED daily lights. The electric version will also get a new exterior premium color and a new rim design.
For the interior, we expect it to become more luxurious with plenty of advanced technology and safety features. Also, the materials that will be used will be more premium than the regular model.
Some of the improvements will include premium leather seats. Bigger info-entertainment screen. Advanced safety features, and much more.
